Four simple steps can help to make a real difference to the scalp and thus hair.

1. Standardize

Ensure that the sebaceous gland that produces sebum is not going to overproduce, not to end up with a scalp that is fat. Conversely, a sebaceous gland that is not working enough give too dry scalp. In the case of standardization, in one month, we see the difference. We will have shinier hair, coloring that will keep longer, more resistance, a hair that will fall less quickly.

2. Eat

Nutrition and diet play a major role in the balance of the scalp. We therefore recommend limiting the intake of animal fats and avoid rapid weight loss and liquid protein-based diets, because they can cause deficiencies by reducing your iron stores, amino acids, protein and zinc, the essential elements for healthy hair. 3. Reduce stress
